His Timing ("the App") is a daily devotional app for Christian singles, developed by Pylyp Chernov ("I", "me", "the developer"). Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and what rights you have.
All data you create in the App — including journal entries, mood selections, daily flow completions, and personalization preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud enabled. I do not have access to your journal entries, prayers, or any personal content you create within the App.
The App uses Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data to understand which features are most helpful and where the App can improve. This includes information such as which features are used, how often they are used, and general navigation patterns. This data is not linked to your identity. No personal information, journal entries, prayers, devotional text, or any content you create is ever collected or shared. You cannot be identified from this data.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your App data may sync across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. This sync is managed entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. I do not have access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync for the App at any time in your device's Settings.
The App displays Scripture quotations from the ESV Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version), used under Crossway's standard use guidelines. The App also uses images from Unsplash, used under the Unsplash License. Neither Crossway nor Unsplash receive any data from the App about you or your usage.
The App uses Lottie for animations. Lottie is a local animation rendering library that does not collect or transmit any user data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
